Jeffrey’s background spanning over two decades in the Central Intelligence Agency as an Operations officer, oversaw the training of several U.S. based agencies, international law enforcement agencies as well as other military agencies. the training specialized in covert operations, surveillance, narcotics interdiction and multi-faceted investigations.
